IMPORTANT DATES
- Set up – Sepetember 30, 2026 from 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Dismantling – October 02, 2026, at 4:30pm
CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Contracts will not be accepted without the corresponding deposit.
- No reservation will be guaranteed by phone.
- Exhibitors will be responsible for any damages at the exhibit hall resulting from their installations procedures or equipment operation. Request for space will be considered only after signed application form and deposit has been received.
- Should cancellation of this contract occur at the request of the Exhibitor, deposit payment will be held by ASOCIACION DE HOSPITALES DE PUERTO RICO (PRHA). NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS WILL BE MADE.

- Special activities, such as radio programs or food and beverage repartition must have previous authorization by PRHA.
AGREEMENT:
I have read this Exhibit Contract and agree to abide by it. Acceptance of our application by PRHA and payment of rental fees according to specified terms constitutes a written contract. I understand that the PRHA reserves the right to accept other applications for exhibits.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason beyond the control of the ASOCIACION DE HOSPITALES DE PUERTO RICO (PRHA), the PRHA Annual Conference must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, or otherwise altered or changed, PRHA will provide a full refund to the Exhibitor of any payment or deposit made by the Exhibitor up to that point. Circumstances beyond the PRHA’s control include but are not limited to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, epidemic, outbreak of disease, or other similar emergencies that make it inadvisable, illegal or impossible for the PRHA to offer the Conference. Under normal circumstances, deposits will not be refunded.
